FinEx ETF is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the FinEx Group, which is an investment management company that offers a full spectrum of investment solutions including hedge funds, private equity investments and Exchange Traded Funds. FinEx ETF provides index-linked investment opportunities managed under Irish law in Developed and Emerging Market Equities, Investment Grade and Non-Investment Grade Bonds and Gold. The ETFs are available on the London Stock Exchange and Euronext (Amsterdam). FinEx ETF has a specialist focus on both investments and investors in emerging markets. The funds are managed by Sanarus Asset Management which is authorised and regulated in the UK by the Financial Conduct Authority (752000).

The first funds were launched in 2013. There are now 14 funds under management with 8 of those running against Solactive benchmarks.

FinEx ETF offers exchange traded funds issued through an Irish domiciled company. FinEx Funds ICAV and FinEx Physically Backed Funds ICAV are established under Irish law and are open-ended investment company with variable capital having segregated liability between their funds and are authorized by the Central Bank of Ireland. FinEx Funds ICAV is organized under the laws of Ireland as an undertaking for collective investment in transferable securities pursuant to the European Communities ("Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities") Regulations 2011 (S.I. No. 352 of 2011).
